Here I am doing some Yoga Asanas Some friends of mine suggested I post these, ah what the heck. I had to run to get into position for these shots as they were done using my cameras timer. I can usually get a little deeper into the Scorpion, with the back arched more and the feet closer to the head and the head higher, but I did not have time - It was hard enough just being able to get into it in 5 - 10 seconds Look at how red my face is on the headstand w/ the legs apart photo. If you enlarge it I look like the devil himself! Some would say that is an accurate visual,... well never mind. Notice how my butt is sticking out the headstand. LOL! Actually this is structural. I started doing Yoga because of lordosis which is a deep curve in the lower back. It is a major cause of Sciattica, which I also had. Yoga cleared it up in about 2 weeks. The Sciattica that is, not the Butt sticking out,. obviously! click them to enlarge
